Our Story
We’re Ben and Krista Sikorski and we have a passion for roasting and drinking delicious coffee. It’s no coincidence that our first date was in a coffee shop in 2001, and if you stop by our home, there’s a good chance there’ll be a pot of coffee on regardless of the time of day. It’s been a dream of ours to roast our own coffee, and we’re so excited to share what we’ve been working on.
We hope to see this coffee roasting company grow, and with it more people being able to enjoy ethically sourced high quality coffee.
Our beans are small batch roasted and packaged outside of Roberts, WI. We started this roasting company adventure in 2021.
We have two boys, a dog, and currently live in St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Both of us were born and raised here and are so fortunate to call the beautiful St. Croix River Valley our home.
